According to investigators, the victim was attacked as he walked along Vine Street around 2:00 a.m., Wednesday. The victim told police another man walked up behind him and hit him in the mouth, which caused him to fall to the ground. He said the man then robbed him of his wallet, getting away with $300.
Police in Union City are searching for the
man responsible for an early morning assault and
robbery.
