A man wanted for raping child
here in Jackson has been arrested in Kentucky.
The U.S. Marshal Service announced the arrest, Tuesday of
Juan Luis Bocanegra. A warrant was issued for his arrest in
September of last year for the alleged rape of a 10-year-old
child. The warrant indicates the crime occurred over a
two-year period and investigators said he fled the area.
Bocanegra was found in a restaurant in Madisonville,
Kentucky , Monday after agents received a tip.
