A grand jury
will decide if a west Tennessee doctor will face trial on
assault charges.
Olusegun
Ategbole, 49 waived his right to a preliminary hearing,
Tuesday and the judge bound the case over to the Madison
County Grand Jury. The sheriff's department said the
Dyersburg doctor is charged with assault and battery for a
Christmas Day incident. He is currently free on a $2,500
bond.
