A
Humboldt man faces several charges stemming from a
early Saturday morning complaint by patrons of
T-Baby's Bar and Grill in Humboldt.
As of Monday, Mark R.
Yeager, 50, had posted $25,000 bond. He faces two
counts of aggravated assault, driving under the
influence, violation of the implied consent law and
possession of a handgun while under the influence.
According to Humboldt
police, officers were called to T-Baby's around 2:30
a.m. because a man was threatening people with a
gun. Officers arrived after the suspect left.
However, a short time later police pulled over a
driver in a vehicle matching the description given
by witnesses at the bar. Those officers said the
man behind the wheel was driving erratically at the
time. Officers reported finding a loaded pistol in
the vehicle.
Yeager is scheduled
to be arraigned on the charges in Humboldt General
Session Court at 9:00 a.m., February 17.
