In a new filing in United States Bankruptcy Court, Monday, Summit-Brantley Building Innovations declared the amount it owes to its 128 creditors.

The 54 page filing outlines its $1,238,558.76 in liabilities.  The 20 largest unsecured claims include a $196,936.84 unpaid bill to Rhodes Supply Company in Murray, Ky., a $124,595.61 debt to Fastenal based in Winona, Minn. and debts to five Jackson companies.

The paperwork shows SBBI has $811,190 total assets.  That figure includes a $200,000 unpaid bill by Brantley Development, LLC.  A side note on that accounts receivable entry says "May not be collectable."

On January 22, SBBI filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy.  At that time, president and CEO Bardo Brantley said in a statement through his attorney that his goal was to reorganize and repay wages due to employees.  The company employed more than 100 people in Lexington and Jackson.
