Event Description
Lake County Headstart is currently Taking Application for the 2012-2013 School. Necessary Items to Complete Registration: 1. Proof of Birth for Child, 2. Proof of Income, 3. Child's Insurance Card, 4. Social Security Numbers, 5. 3 Emergency Contacts
Headstart is great for child and even better for families. It is a free preschool program for 3 and 4 year old children. Headstart is family focused and has the overall goal of providing a strong foundation for future successs in school.
Children in the program participate in a variety of educational activities. They receive nutritious meals alon with health screenings and follow up care. children are provided a safe indoor and outdoor enviroment to learn and play.
Also, services are provided to children with disabilities.
