Event Description

Thursday, November 1st, All Saints Day, 7pm Prayer Vigil on the courthouse lawn. We will be in prayer for our community and for the ministry that will be taking place.

Friday, November 2nd, All Souls Day, 7-10pm Music Festival & Outreach Ministry

Join us for live music, free food and drinks, activities for children, care packages and much more. Free to all, completely non-profit and multi-denominational. Our only goal is to spread the LOVE of Jesus Christ!!!! We have been called to be His hands and feet.

Remember, we ARE to be united in the Body of Christ. Ephesians 4:1-7 says:
1As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. 2 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. 3 Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to one hope when you were called— 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
7 But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it.

The objective of the festival is to reach the un-churched by bringing the church to the people.
“For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile – the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, ‘Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’ How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!’

The vision for the festival is as follows:
1.Pour out the love of Jesus by showing love to the community without division and being like-minded for the cause of saving souls. “I appeal to you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another so that there may be no divisions among you and that you may be perfectly united in mind and thought.” 1 Corinthians 1:10
“My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my father I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit - fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name. This is my command: Love each other.” John 15:12-17

2.Pray for the community out of faith so that healing and freedom can occur in this community and chains of bondage will be broken in the name of Jesus. “Is any one of you in trouble? He should pray. Is anyone happy? Let him sing songs of praise. Is anyone of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.
Elijah was a man just like us. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops.
My brothers, if one of you should wander from the truth and someone should bring him back, remember this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of his way will save him from death and cover a multitude of sins.” James 5:13-20

The Outreach Ministry for the Freedom Festival will include Praise and Worship, Prayer, Music, Drama, Spiritual Counseling, Care Packages (including toiletries, Bibles, can goods,a list of local churches, etc.), Food and Drinks, Fun and Games for Children, and more.
