The Entrepreneur Development Center and the Jackson Chamber will be hosting an informal networking opportunity for women who own a business or would like to start one.

The Women’s Entrepreneur Coffee will be from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 13, at Premier Place Catering, 2644 N. Highland in Jackson. The event is occurring during Global Entrepreneur Week.
Successful women business owners, who are members of the Chamber’s Women’s Business Roundtable, will discuss in a panel format what it takes to start a business, how to juggle family/work demands, and how to overcome obstacles. There will be time for questions and answers as well as networking with other women. Networking starts at 8:30 a.m.; the panel discussion starts at 9 a.m. Women can RSVP at 554-5555.
Panel members are Carol Ann Bivens, Hamilton-Ryker; Vicki Burch, President of West TN Business College; Angie Counce, Portfolio Recovery Associates Inc.; Dr. Gina Heathcott, HealthSource of Jackson; Angel Jones, Premier Place Catering; Jessi Pruett, CEO of TSS Industrial Packaging, LLC; Mary Reed, Owner of Reed & Associates Marketing Inc.; Stephanie Riley, Owner and Creative Director of Raines Design; Kay Wiles, DDS, Affordable Dentures, Jackson PC. Moderator is Hope Seth, Operations Manager, Entrepreneur Development Center.
“If you are a woman who’s wanting to start your own business or currently owns one, then join us as we build a network that seeks to encourage, support and grow women’s entrepreneurship in the region,” said Seth. “This is a great opportunity to meet like-minded women and get answers to your questions about starting and owning a business.”
