Event Description
If your child is 6 weeks - 4 years of age or yor are a pregnant mother and you are interested in enrolling him/her in the Early Head Start or Head Start program, you may complete application now. Children with disabilities will be given priority for enrollment, including those with severe disabilities.Please bring: 1. Proof of childs age, 2. Social Security number for each family member, 3. Name, address, and telephone number of at least three emergency contact persons, 4. TennCare and/or insurance caard, 5. Proof of household income.
