Event Description

The LARGEST charity youth turkey hunt in the State of Tennessee will return again for the fourth consecutive year in Huntingdon, Tennessee. This event has grown at such a rapid rate that it may be the largest organized youth charity turkey hunt in the world. Over 100 youth hunters have participated in each of the last three years and this year's event could prove to be the best. This year's opening program will be on Friday, March 22. The actual hunt will be on March 23-24. The outdoor expo will be on Saturday, March 23 with the silent and live auction later that evening. This is truly a wonderful event. Hundreds of youth hunters, parents, guides, outdoor enthusiasts, businesses, and volunteers of all types have combined with well over one hundred and fifty private individual land owners from Carroll, Benton, Henry, Henderson, Weakley, and Humphreys County to create a truly awesome, child-centered charity event. Registration for youth hunters closes on Thursday, Feb. 28. This hunt is provided at no cost. We do encourage the kids to obtain donations and sponsors as a part of our mission statement to help teach and encourage our young people to strive to help those who are less fortunate than others. Please visit our website: We are always looking for guides, volunteers, sponsors, landowners, camera operators, and donations of any kind.
