HOW TO WIN: No purchase necessary. To enter, watch the Super Bowl game on WBBJ/CBS, February 3rd to see a promotional station identification with a Gary Pickens bobblehead on the Rock 92/Froggy104 football field, go to www.wbbjtv.com or www.froggy1041.com or www.rock923.net and enter the score at the time the football field station ID aired.
Viewers must enter name, address, phone and age and enter the “Score”.
Deadline for each entry: Monday, February 4, 2013 at 12:01 a.m.
Only one web entry to WBBJ is permitted per person.
Winners will be selected randomly from all qualified entries.
Winners will be announced during 7 Eyewitness News at 6:30pm on February 4, 2013.
ELIGIBILITY: To win, you must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of Tennessee. No employee of WBBJ-TV (“Station”), Forever Communications, their affiliated companies, his or her spouse, or immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each shall be eligible to win. Immediate family members include, but are not necessarily limited to, parents, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents. Employees or relatives of employees, of any television or radio station in the Jackson Nielsen DMA or Jackson Arbitron ADI are not eligible to win. Additionally, Station reserves the right to disqualify any other person from participation in the Contest where such participation would, in the sole opinion of Station, compromise or give the appearance of compromising the integrity of the Contest. No person shall be eligible to win any contest conducted by the Station more than one time in any sixty-day period. Only one winner per household is permitted through the duration of this contest.
One (1) Grand Prize consists of a Super Bowl XLVII program, 2 MacLaren’s Pub pint glasses, a CSI mousepad, an NCIS cap and t-shirt, an NCIS Los Angeles coffee mug, a Gary Pickens bobblehead, a $50 gift certificate to Picasso’s Pizza.
Nine (9) runner-up prizes consist of a Super Bowl XLVII Program
1) The winners consent to the use of their name, likeness and/or voice without further compensation for Station’s or Sponsor’s advertising, public relations and promotions purposes. By entering Contest, the winner gives Station and Sponsor full rights in perpetuity to broadcast, or distribute their name, likeness and/or voice, in any edited, distorted or altered form executed by Station, in any media including but not limited to broadcast television, radio and the internet, without any further compensation.
2) Station and Sponsor are not responsible for lost or destroyed entries.
3) Station and Sponsor accepts no responsibility or liability for loss or damage due, in whole or in part, to the awarding, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or from participation in the Contest. Winner must sign an affidavit/waiver that releases Station and Sponsor, their affiliated companies and employees from any and all liability and claims.
4) Winner will be notified by phone or email no later than the day after random drawing, on or about the Tuesday February 5th. Winner will be announced on 7 Eyewitness News at 6:30, WBBJ/CBS only. Prizes must be picked up in person, during regular business hours, at WBBJ Studios located at:
