Accused Best Buy Shooter Returns to Court

JACKSON, Tenn.- The preliminary hearing for the Jackson man accused of opening fire on his fiance' inside Best Buy wrapped up late Thursday afternoon.

The judge ruled in the case against Will Lutter, 61 will now go to the grand jury. He was charged with attempted first degree murder, aggravated domestic assault and especially aggravated kidnapping.

On September 4, Lutter was accused op walking into the store and confronting his fiance, shooting her several times. She, along with a Jackson police officer testified, Thursday.
