MARTIN, Tenn. - The Weakley County man accused of hugging a stranger's air conditioner while naked, remained jailed as of Wednesday evening.
According to the sheriff's department, no bond has been set for Eric Lewis, 35.
Lewis is charged with indecent exposure and making meth. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 25.
Tuesday, around lunch time, Lewis told police he took a dip in a pond in Martin but was still hot. He is accused of then finding his way into a nearby cabinet shop. The owners told officers they found him naked, hugging their portable air conditioner.
Martin police said they found meth making ingredients and syringes near Lewis' car, which was parked about a mile away.
