JPD Investigates Another East Jackson Home Riddled With Bullets
JACKSON, Tenn. - It was another close call for one family on Hackberry Lane, their house was sprayed with bullets early Saturday morning.
No one was hurt in the shooting, but the homeowner says there were several people inside when the gun shots started coming.
According to the Jackson Police Department, this is the third house in four days that has been shot at multiple times,"I just feel like it just a senseless act cause anybody could of got hurt the person they were shooting at probably wouldn't have been the person that got hurt," said Erica Beasley.
One neighbor told 7 Eyewitness News she was scared when she heard the shots and automatically ran to protect her children.
"People need to realize when they doing this senseless stuff that people have children and families, and bullets don't have no names no directions. They go wherever they gonna go," said Jasmine Mosley.
The homeowner does not know exactly how many bullets hit her house, but the Jackson Police said the found more than 20 shell casings in the neighbors yard.
