Arrests Expected in Connection with Melee Outside Mobile Home
CHESTER COUNTY, Tenn. - Several people are expected to face charges this week in connection with a reported riot at a Chester County mobile home on June 12.
According to the offense report, deputies responded to Jennings Lane after a reported domestic incident, Wednesday night. Upon arrival, deputies reported finding four men lying in the yard. Two were covered in blood due to fight and stab wounds and two others were allegedly intoxicated.
Investigators believe a drunk man fell down at a home and two brothers fought over who would help pick him up off the floor. The altercation became physical and moved outside. Another resident reportedly came out of her home with a knife and fell down on the two men fighting.
One of the men suffered four stab wounds. He told deputies he did not realize he had been stabbed. A teenage resident of the complex also suffered a stab wound in the leg.
After consulting with the district attorney’s office, the Chester County Sheriff’s Office said they expect to make arrests in the case this week, but have yet to release the names of the people who will face charges.
