Bond Set for Man Accused of Having Sex with 13-Year-Old

JACKSON, Tenn. An employee charged with having sex with a teen at a facility that serves troubled youth made his first court appearance, Friday.

Larry McIntosh, 24, on of the staff members in charge of supervising troubled teen at Madison Oaks Academy, appeared in Jackson City Court on charges of aggravated statutory rape ans statutory rape by an authority figure. Judge Blake Anderson set McIntosh's bond at $75,000.

Investigators said another staff member at Madison Oaks witnessed McIntosh and the 13-year-old girl and alerted authorities.

McIntosh will return to court, Thursday for his preliminary hearing.
