Camden Police Get New Communications Radio

CAMDEN, Tenn. - Camden Police Department will be back up and running with a brand new radio system, Thursday.

On August 8, lightning struck the Benton County radio communications tower, completely disabling their ability to communicate.

A replacement radio system will be installed on Thursday. Officials said the communications tower has been struck by lightning several times in the past years.
