Construction Worker Injured in Fall

JACKSON, Tenn.- A scary scene near downtown Jackson, Tuesday afternoon after a construction worker fell two stories while working on a home.

A call for help to the home in the 300 block of North Highland went out around 3:30 p.m. Workers on the scene said the man was standing on the roof above the front porch when he apparently fell. He was found lying near the foot of the ladder he had used, however, it is not clear what caused his fall.

Emergency workers said the man was talking as they loaded him into the ambulance. The extent of his injuries are unknown.
