Convicted Sex Offender Now Facing Meth Charges

DYER COUNTY, Tenn.- A convicted sex offender in Dyer County faces a new charge.

The sheriff's department arrested Jeremy Bishop, 36, Monday and charged him with making meth.

Deputies said they became suspicious of him after he bought a large amount of pseudoephedrine.

Deputies said a search of his Dyersburg home uncovered chemicals and equipment used to make meth.
