JACKSON, Tenn.- Jackson police are looking for two men who robbed the Dollar General on North Parkway late Thursday night.

Officers said the men went into the store around 9:30 p.m. One of them had a gun.

Store employees said they took money from the cash register plus phones from the store and one from an employee.

Witnesses said they ran toward Magnolia Landing Apartments when they left the store.

"It is really scary. I have a friend who works in these stores, and I shop here all the time! I've gotten to the point where I don't go in them anymore at night, because they've hit so many of them," said Michael Duke, who lives near the store.

Police said both men were at least 5 feet 6 inches tall and had slim builds and had shirts around their faces.
