DYER COUNTY, Tenn.- Dyersburg Police are investigating five separate shooting incidents that occurred over the weekend, sending two people to the hospital.

Brandi Lanier was shot in the head, early Saturday morning while at her friends apartment on Compress Street. Lanier told WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News she was on the couch when someone fired five shots into the apartment.

"I felt it, I felt the hit! I was also in denial at the same time that I was shot," said Lanier.
