LOUISVILLE, Ky. - A date has been set for the next hearing of the Kentucky teen, accused of stabbing his aunt to death inside her north Jackson home earlier this month.
Jackson police told WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News they will travel to Louisville for Caleb Mullins', 19, hearing.
He faces three charges, including second degree murder in the November 10 stabbing death of Karen Mullins.
During the first hearing, the teen told the judge he would not willingly return to Jackson and would fight extradition, which meant the governor's office had to get involved.
Mullins is scheduled to return to court on December 12.
