Families Attend Mardi Gras Parade

Downtown Jackson had a busy morning and afternoon Saturday with the annual Mardi Gras Parade. Many families and organizations attended the event and got to showcase their decorated bike, wagon float, and strollers for the children.

Victoria Crews said, "I just really enjoy coming downtown and being in our historic area of Jackson, and just being part of the community and what matters and keeping it local."

The free event was filled with candy and beads.
