Fayette County Man Accused of Using Son's TennCare Benefits

SOMERVILLE, Tenn.- A West Tennessee man is charged with fraud for using his son's TennCare benefits to pay for prescriptions.
According to state and Fayette County investigators Marlon Hester, Senior, 39, had the prescriptions filled for himself in Somerville, using his son's coverage under TennCare.
Investigators said it happened over a two month period. The offense is a
class A felony and carries a maximum penalty of two year in prison
