FAYETTE COUNTY, Tenn. -- A Shelby County woman has been arrested for murder and robbery.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Fayette County Sheriff's department arrested Tanuja Rivers with one count of felony first degree murder and one count of especially aggravated robbery.

Investigators said this is in connection to a case in December where a cab driver was found beaten and stabbed to death in Fayette County.

The motive is still under investigation.

Rivers is being held at the Fayette County Jail on a million dollar bond.
