JACKSON, TN.-Monday morning former Madison County Emergency Response Director Randall Roby appeared before Circuit Court Judge Don Allen.

Roby resigned from his position in 2011 after officials confronted him about missing money.

In August an audit by the State Comptrollers office found between September 2009 and November 2011 Roby made 102 transactions on a company card.

They say of those 55 were for personal use.

Roby entered a not guilty plea Monday.

He was released on $10,000 bond and is due back in court October 15th.

"There are some facts that will come out in the case that I can't really describe today, Mark Donahoe, Roby's attorney said. "There are some other discussions that were held with his supervisors during the time that this investigation was going on that I thought resolved the case quite frankly."
