MILAN, Tenn.- A former Milan Police officer indicted last fall on 18 counts, including rape and incest was back in court, Wednesday.
Adam Martin entered a best interest plea, which in technically a guilty plea. But he was able to admit to just one count of aggravated assault, keeping him off the sex offender registry.
