JACKSON, Tenn. - Four people have been arrested, after Jackson Police said they robbed a Dollar General.

Police said they responded to the Dollar General store on Airways Boulevard shortly after 7 p.m. Sunday, after getting a call from a customer who saw something suspicious.

Employees told police three males entered the store. They said they saw two handguns, and at least one the men was wearing a clown mask.

Police said then the suspected robbers demanded money, and took an undisclosed amount of cash.

Officers said the suspects took off in a green van, and chased them going west on Interstate 40 until they got to Exit 68, where they were later arrested.

Police said the suspects will likely face charges of armed robbery and evading arrest.
