Jackson Fugitive in Court

JACKSON, Tenn.- A grand jury will decide if a wanted Jackson man accused of trying to run over a Madison County deputy trying to arrest him, will stand trial.
Tuesday, a judge heard testimony in the testimony in the preliminary hearing of Grady Carroll.
The 33-year-old is charged with two counts of reckless endangerment , evading arrest and driving on a revoked license.
As deputies and U.S. Marshals tried to arrest Carroll outside of an east Jackson convenience store last month. He was accused of backing into one of the deputies.
Carroll was shot several times as he tried to flee. He was originally wanted on drug and aggravated assault charges.
