JACKSON, Tenn. - Saturday morning, a local business hosted a fundraiser for Kelli Kristian who was diagnosed with brain cancer last September.

Family, friends, and local community members shaved their heads to raise money to help pay for Kristian's medical bills which are well over $100,000.

Kristian said, "Just to know that I have the support and stuff from everybody and it is unreal what a community can pull together you know for something like this."

Event organizers said the fundraiser raised more than $900 for Kristian.
