JACKSON, Tenn. - A Jackson- Madison County elementary school teaching assistant is behind bars charged with second degree murder. His suspected crime happened when he would have been on summer break.

Anthony Antonio Swift is the second arrest made in the beating death of Kenneth Brasher. He died on June 17, 2012

Kenneth Brasher's girlfriend of six years, Shana Pruitt says the second arrest of Swift is bitter sweet. Brasher's twin brother, Keith says he's still haunted by what happened to him.

According to investigators, Kenneth Brasher was beaten to death inside Breaker's Billiards during an argument over a game of pool. A bar stool was used to hit him over the head. Jackson police quickly arrest Travis Holliday.

Swift turned himself in just after 2:00 P.M. Wednesday.

"We always knew [Swift] was involved, we kept working on the case we just never gave up, " said Captain Tyreece Miller of the Jackson Police Deptartment.

Family members say they're elated by the second arrest, but believe more arrests still need to be made. "From what I heard there was four," Keith Brasher said. "But it's like no matter what I do or say I cant bring my brother back ."

According to the JMCSS, Swift most recently worked as a special education assistant at Jackson Careers and Technology Elementary School. He has worked for the district since October of 2010

Swift will return to court next Monday.
