HopeLine Drop Off Points Now Open

Empriss Campbell

JACKSON, Tenn. - Those old cell phones collecting dust in your closet can bring some much needed help to domestic violence victims.

HopeLine has teamed up with Verizon Wireless to launch a program so those unused cell phones can be put to good use.

WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News has also joined the effort.

HopeLine will give wireless cell phones with minutes to domestic violence victims and survivors.

You can donate any wireless phone or accessories by simply dropping it into the HopeLine drop box at any Verizon wireless store near you.
