Humboldt Man Charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Minor
HUMBOLDT, Tenn. -- An investigation that started more than a month ago has led to the arrest of a man who is charged with Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
In late February, the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force received a Cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that said a Facebook user had downloaded, uploaded or viewed “child pornography”.
Further investigation revealed that the Facebook account belonged to Terrell Ramone Pharms, 31, of Humboldt.
Pharms was taken into custody and officially charged with Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
Pharms posted his $75,000 bond and will appear for arraignment on April 1 at 8:30 a.m.
The ICAC Task Force consists of officers with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office and the Jackson Police Department.
