West Tennessean Found Guilty of Murder

HUMBOLDT, Tenn - A West Tennessee man has been found guilty of first degree murder.

On Friday, police say 34-year-old Chauncy Hollis was sentenced to serve life with the possibility of parole.

Hollis was found guilty of shooting Prentice Turner multiple times at the Elks Club in Humboldt on May 13, 2007.

Earlier, investigators said Desmond Ragland pled guilty to second degree murder in the same case.

Hollis will have to serve 51 years before he is eligible for parole.
