JACKSON, Tenn.- A drinking and driving charge for a Jackson firefighter could cost him his job if he loses his license because of it.
John Todd Keim, 34, was arrested Thursday night in Jackson and charged him with DUI, having an open container, following a police officer too closely, not wearing his seat belt and failing to have proof of insurance. The arresting officer's report showed Keim admitted to drinking. He is currently free on $500 bond.
City records showed Keim has been a firefighter since October of 2008. According to the fire chief, he remains on the job.
