Jackson Man Accused of Urinating in Public, Charged with Indecent Exposure

JACKSON, Tenn.- A Jackson man accused of exposing himself, then urinating outside the Jackson-Madison County Library in the middle of the afternoon, has been arrested and charged with indecent exposure.

Court papers showed two women saw Windale Sails, 35, drop his pants and relieve himself in the park area beside the library on January 9.

Sails remained jailed in lieu of $1,000 bond.
