Jackson Residents Arrested on Felony Drug Charges

JACKSON, Tenn. - Three Jackson residents have been arrested on felony drug charges.

Investigators with the Jackson-Madison County Metro Narcotics Unit said they encountered Terrance McKnight, Rayan McKnight, and Davonte Paige Thursday while they were assisting in the search for an armed robbery suspect along North Highland Avenue.

Theys said Terrance McKnight attempted to conceal a small bag of marijuana and crack cocaine.

Investigators said they soon discovered the group had additional drugs, along with a loaded handgun and a digital scale.

Officials said they seized more than 330 grams of marijuana and about three grams of crack cocaine, worth about $1500.

All three were arrested, and charged with various drug charges.
