Jackson Woman Charged with Statutory Rape
JACKSON, Tenn.-- A Jackson woman has been arrested and charged with the statutory rape of her 17-year-old boyfriend.
Jackson police have charged Alisha Harper, 24, with statutory rape and simple domestic assault. Around 8:20 p.m. Thursday, police were called to an apartment in Parkway East Apartments. Officers determined that Harper and her 17-year-old boyfriend had an argument, and she slapped him.
