Law Enforcement Stages Mock Crash to Warn Dangers of Alcohol

HUNTINGDON, Tenn. -- A demonstration was held to remind high students about the dangers of alcohol just in time for prom and graduation season on Friday.

Students at Huntingdon High School watched as law enforcement and first responders staged a crash that included a possible mock fatality, EMS and police.

The mock wreck comes as schools and students all across West Tennessee are getting into prom and graduation season.

Safety statistics show that in alcohol-related traffic deaths, many are among among 15 to 20-year-olds
