MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. - A Madison County man is upset after he claims his home has been the target of someone's pranks for weeks.

Curtis James filed a police report Sunday after finding fecal matter placed on the bricks of his rose bush garden.

"It's just disturbing," said James about the situation.

This comes after walking outside of his home on more than one occasion to find trash dumped in his yard.

"I've walked out here and I've found stuff in my yard. Someone has come along and thrown rotten eggs, chicken legs, bottles, a little bit of everything in my yard."

James said at 66 years old it is hard for him to keep picking up other people's trash.

The Madison County Sheriff's Department said James has made several complaints and they are investigating his claims.
