Man Charged with Arson in Henderson Co.

HENDERSON COUNTY, Tenn. - A West Tennessee man has been arrested after deputies said he started a fire in his home.

Henderson County sheriff's deputies arrested Wesley Coffman after they said he intentionally started a fire in his mobile home.

Coffman is charged with arson.

According to officials, Coffman said he set fire to a piece of paper and then placed it in a garbage can in his living room. Coffman also stated that after doing this, he and his wife left the residence.

The fire caused heavy structure damage, and also smoke damage to the mobile home.
