Man Sentenced to 30 Years for Robbery

JACKSON, Tenn.- A Jackson man considered a career offender by the court was sentenced, Monday to 30 years in prison for a 2010 armed robbery of a convenience store.
Jerry Crawford, 28, also known as Jerry Fenner was convicted in October of aggravated robbery. His sentence will begin after he completes a four-year sentence he's currently serving in Crockett County for a statutory rape conviction.
Due to his classification as a career offender, Crawford must serve at least 85 percent of his sentence before being eligible for parole.
