Hearing reset for man accused in death of 7-month-old
BENTON COUNTY, Tenn. -- The man accused in the death of a 7-month-old appeared in court Wednesday. Westlee Yates was in court Wednesday morning in Benton County for his preliminary hearing. His hearing was reset for an unknown date pending a mental evaluation. Yates was wearing a bullet-proof vest in the courtroom.
