JACKSON, Tenn.-Men from all across West Tennessee have a little more information about how to take care of themselves today.

The information was gleaned from the Men's Health Summit presented
Friday at the Lift Center by the Tennessee Men's Health Network and State Representative Jimmy Eldridge.

Those attending received information about prostate cancer, healthy hearts and healthy lifestyle tips.

"They turn a deaf ear. I hand them pamphlet. It's not working. So, if we can engage them one-on-one, or either in small groups, like the one we have here today, it's always a good thing," said Judy Seals-Togbo, project manager of the Tennessee Men's Health Network.

Organizers said the 3rd annual event is designed to promote and improve men's health all across the region.
