Miss Tennessee Preliminary Winners-Night 3

JACKSON, Tenn.- It was night three, Friday of on-stage competition for the Miss Tennessee crown and there was a special guest appearance.

Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam addressed the crowd at the 61st annual pageant at the Carl Perkins Civic Center.

All 36 contestants once again took the stage one more time as they worked to prefect their performance for the finale, set for Saturday night, culminating with the crowning of the new Miss Tennessee.

The contestants competed in preliminaries Friday night with winners named in the talent and swimsuit portions.

The winner in the swimsuit competition was Miss Tennessee Valley Hannah Robison. And in talent, there was a tie. The winners were Miss Collierville Jessica Haas, with a speed art performance, and
Miss Capital City Shelby Thompson, who sang for her talent entry.

Saturday night the new Miss Tennessee will be announced during WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News at 10.
