JACKSON, Tenn.-Do you believe in miracles? The city of Jackson does and has declared the entire month of April, the Month of Miracles. And a superhero called "Miracle Man" is leading the way.

The city has decided to put its own spin on National Volunteer Month, which falls in April.

The mayor and Miracle Man are asking Jacksonians to team up with neighbors or members of their church or civic groups and complete a project that makes the city better.

If you are not sure of what needs to be done, City Hall can help.

"I'm going to be living here for a long, long time you know a lot of us are children, adults, grandparents, mothers, everyone really. We are going to be here for a long, long time. Well, life is short and I just want to make it, just make it great," said Miracle Man, miracle superhero.

Like every superhero, Miracle Man's true identity is not being revealed.
