JACKSON, Tenn. - The new director of the Jackson-Madison County Library is getting acquainted with her new staff and she wants the community's feedback on what they want from their library.

Director Dina Harris is from Lexington and said she is excited to begin her new position and bring new programs for all ages to the community library.

Harris said she wants to start computer and adult classes while director.

"The library is where they go to keep their minds active and so the library is the only place to get that. Where are you going to go to get literacy and information and programs the library is the only place that offers all of that for all ages," said Harris.

Harris said the new surveys will be available at the front desk of the library and on-line for those wanting to share what they want out of their community library.
