North Jackson Library Branch Hosts Open House

NORTH JACKSON -- The Jackson-Madison County Library showed off its new location, Tuesday.

Library leaders, patrons and community officials were on hand for an open house at the north branch of the library. The north branch is at a new location on Stonebridge.

"Both locations together are one library system," Dinah Harris with the JMC Library said. "So if you find something in our catalogue even if it's not physically housed at this location, you can ask for it and we have a courier each day that brings items from here to downtown and from downtown to here."

The main library in Downtown Jackson held an open house to show off its recent renovation.
