Pair Arrested after Marijuana Reportedly Found in Home
JACKSON, Tenn. – Jackson police said they arrested two men on charges related to the sale of marijuana, Tuesday.
Myron Brown, 29, and Marcus Fulgern, 31, were arrested at an apartment on North Parkway after officers reportedly found marijuana in the residence while serving a search warrant.
According to a news release, the search of the residence revealed approximately 83.3 grams (3 ounces) of Marijuana in multiple plastic wrapped packages intended for resale, along with digital scales and additional packaging materials. Officers also found $234.00 in U.S. currency believed to be the proceeds of drug sales which was seized under the civil forfeiture laws of the Tennessee Drug Control Act.
Brown and Fulgern were charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell or distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were arraigned in Madison County General Sessions Court and have been released after posting a $2,000 bond each.
