RIFA Sponsors Uniform Exchange

JACKSON, TNN. - More than 80 west Tennessee parents waited outside North Park Middle School Saturday morning to pick-up school uniforms.

RIFA hosted the 3rd annual Uniform Exchange program at North Parkway Middle School.

RIFA officials said they saw a need for the program after West Tennessee public schools made uniforms mandatory.

According to RIFA, they received more than 1,000 polo shirts and khaki pants for local students.

In order to participate, parents dropped off gently used school uniforms to the school gym and then receive a voucher. In return, they are able to pick up more uniforms.
